RideOps collects information required to provide trip management, driver management, expense reporting, subscriptions, app security and customer support.

Information we collect

We may collect name, email, phone number, company details, driver details, vehicle details, trip records, expense records, uploaded receipts and supporting documents, device information, push notification identifiers, and location information when the user chooses to use location-based features.

How we use information

Location information is used only when requested by the user to support pickup, drop-off, trip and transport operations.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Information may be shared with service providers needed for hosting, notifications, payment processing, analytics, support or legal compliance.

Data retention

Data is retained as long as required to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent misuse and maintain business records.

Account and data deletion

Registered users can permanently delete their RideOps account directly in the mobile app from Home → Delete Account. Login credentials, active sessions, notification tokens and personal profile details are removed or anonymized immediately. Historical trip, invoice, accounting, audit or business records may be retained where required for legal, accounting, security or legitimate business obligations.
